I have the honour to forward for your information a copy of a report on conditions in Hong Kong, written by Mr. Ragnar Brodersen, a Norwegian who escaped from Hongkong on 10th February 1943, together with a list of Norwegian subjects in Hongkong. This information has already been passed to the Royal Norwegian Legation in Chungking.
